Thieves History: We keep a record of when your thieves are checked, whether they met your alert conditions, and the reason why.
Additional Information: This includes any other information you give us, like responses to surveys or requests for identity verification.

For Both Registered Users and Invited Alert Recipients:

Log Data: Our servers automatically record information sent by your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, the time of your visit, and how you interact with our site.
Communications: If you contact us (e.g., email, social media, phone), we may collect your name, contact details, and the content of your messages.

For Invited Alert Recipients:

Your Name and Email Address: We collect the name you provide and your email address, as provided by the registered user who added you.
Alerts Sent to You: We keep a record of the thieves alerts sent to your email address, including the Thieves' name, the alert condition, and a description of how the condition was met.

This information is used solely to deliver the requested thieves alerts to you and to improve our service. You can choose to block emails from a specific registered user or unsubscribe entirely from receiving all alert emails from our service. To manage your preferences, click the "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Preferences" links found in any of the alert emails we've sent you. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at [email protected]. 3. Chrome Extension Privacy

This section applies specifically to users of the Negative Star Innovators Chrome Extension. The extension is a powerful tool that operates within your browser, and we want to be completely transparent about what data it collects and why.

Information the Extension Collects:

Authentication Information: To connect the extension to your Negative Star Innovators account, you must log in through the extension's popup. We collect the email and password you enter solely for the purpose of authenticating your account. This information is sent securely to our servers for verification.
Website Content: This is the core function of the extension. To monitor a web page for you, the extension must read its content. When you assign a tracker to a URL, the extension will access and transmit the full text content of the page loaded in the associated browser tab to our servers for analysis.
Clarification on Tab-Based Tracking: It is important to understand that the extension monitors the content of a specific browser tab, not a fixed URL. A tracker is initiated with a specific URL, which is opened in a tab. If you then navigate to a different page within that same tab, the extension will monitor the content of that new page. To ensure you are always in control and fully aware, any tab actively being monitored by our service will be clearly and persistently identified with a visible 'ON' badge on its icon in your browser's tab bar.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within Website Content: The website content that we collect on your behalf may contain personal information. For example, if you track your e-commerce account page, the content will likely include your name, order details, or address. You are in complete control of which pages and tabs are tracked. We only process this data to perform the monitoring service you have requested.
Technical and Usage Data: The extension collects the URL of the pages you are tracking, tab IDs, and other technical information necessary to manage the user interface (e.g., displaying the "ON" badge) and ensure the service is functioning correctly.

A Note on Financial Information:

The Chrome Extension does not, under any circumstances, collect, process, or transmit your financial information (such as credit card numbers or bank account details). While your subscription level (which is managed and paid for on our website) determines the usage limits of the extension (e.g., the number of allowed checks), the extension itself has no access to any of your financial data.

Offering new products or recommendations.
